It was on thesaurus.com! So then I looked synonyms for "border" and "patrol" and found that you can also use "confine vigilance" "periphery shotgun" or "xenophobic, propagandistic waste of money."

And "mission focused"? Should've used a thesaurus and come up with a better slogan, like "I voted for Bush and all I got was this really long fence."
