Pretty sure Haitian orphans don't really feel that Miley Cyrus and other detritus of American culture are really "the children" and/or "the world."

Also pretty sure that experiencing that song and video are just about as traumatizing as nearly dying and losing your entire family in an earthquake in Haiti.

But, this is America, the land of self-aggrandizement masquerading as selfless acts of charity.
